These are the different types of coffees we have currently available.
Centrally located in the heart of the highlands of Papua New Guinea and at the highest altitudes of our country (over 1,600m ASL), Simbu Province produces some 7,000 metric tones or about 10% of the country’s annual arabica coffee production. Taste notes of apricot, chocolate and toffee.
This Colombia Supremo Huila is grown on certified farms by multiple smallholder farmers in the surroundings area of the town of San Agustín, Huila department. You can taste brown sugar, milk chocolate and crisp apple.
This is a high grown grade coffee from small producers in Chiapas, which is one of Mexico’s leasing coffee regions due to its rich volcanic soil and several micro-climates. This coffee is grown at altitudes between 1000 and 1,250 meters, and is characterized by large bean sizes and a round, balanced cup. Taste notes of Apricot, golden raisin and milk chocolate.
